Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your delivery details are entered correctly, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

Please allow 2–3 working days for order processing and an additional 2–5 working days for delivery.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

A fixed delivery fee of R110 applies to all orders.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or accept returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to request an exchange, please contact us within two weeks of receiving your order.
